Parsea Launches AI-Powered Platform That Turns Document Chaos into Structured Data in Seconds

AI document processing platform

The Miami-based startup helps companies in finance, healthcare, logistics and HR eliminate manual data entry with context-aware document extraction
MIAMI, FL – March 23, 2026 – Parsea (https://parsea.io), an AI document extraction platform, today announced that it is available as a complete solution for businesses looking to automate the way they capture, organize and use data locked in PDFs, photos and scanned documents.

Organizations across industries still rely on manual data entry to process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bills of lading, pay stubs, and other important paperwork. According to industry estimates, manually processing invoices costs companies up to $40 per document in labor. Parsea addresses this bottleneck by using context-aware AI to extract structured data from more than a dozen document types and deliver it as ready-to-use spreadsheets in seconds.

“We built Parsea because we saw professionals spending hours copying numbers from documents into spreadsheets, and we knew AI could do this faster and more reliably,” said Vinny Costa, founder of Parsea. “Our platform doesn’t just read text from a page. It understands the logic of a document, whether it’s matching line items on a purchase order or separating pre- and post-tax deductions on a paycheck.”

Parsea supports batch processing, allowing teams to upload and extract data from hundreds of documents at once. The platform handles a variety of template formats from different suppliers, making it practical for accounts payable teams reconciling invoices from dozens of suppliers or logistics companies digitizing bills of lading from multiple carriers. Users can export results directly to Excel or Google Sheets, and shareable upload links allow managers to collect documents from team members without email attachments.

Free browser extension increases daily productivity

In addition to the core platform, Parsea offers a free browser extension for Chrome, Edge, and all Chromium-based browsers. The extension allows professionals to extract tables from any web page, PDF or dashboard displayed in their browser and export the data as CSV, Excel or directly to the clipboard. No sign-up or subscription is required.
