TORONTO, May 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cineplex Inc.today confirmed details of the 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Shareholders”) (the “Meeting”). The meeting will take place virtually on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT.
Virtual webcast
Shareholders and guests can access the Meeting via live audio webcast at: http://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/CINEPLEX2026. Online check-in starts at 8:45 AM; those wishing to attend the meeting are asked to allow ample time to log in prior to the meeting. The meeting platform is fully supported by browsers and devices running the latest version of applicable software plug-ins. Participants are asked to ensure that they have a strong, preferably fast, internet connection. Shareholders must log in using the 16-digit control number found on the proxy form (registered shareholders) or on the voting instruction form (non-registered shareholders), as applicable.
Vote during the meeting
Registered Shareholders and duly appointed proxies may attend, participate and vote at the Meeting from any location. Non-registered (ultimate) Shareholders may also attend online and ask questions, but will not be able to vote unless they have appointed themselves as proxy holders prior to the Meeting. Guests can also attend and listen to the Meeting online, but cannot vote or ask questions during the Meeting.
