WAUKESHA, WI / ACCESS Newswi e / July 3, 2026 / As the cloud becomes the backbone of fashion design, we’re also into business Lalith S, I’m Datla Due to a silent evolution behind the world, which is safe, and cost-effective when it comes to some of the most popular substance types, healthcare is a good solution. During this exclusive Q&A session, Datla shares his journey, challenges, vision for the future of DevOps, cloud security and AI-enabled operations.

Q: Lalith, tell us about your father, how you were told i cloud e gi ee i g.

A: I have already mentioned my p ofessio jou ey i 2020, wo ki g as a softwa ee gi ee i I dia. I was quickly fascinated by how the cloud changed the way companies deployed applications at scale. My curiosity led me to pick up programs that gave me one-to-one visibility coding, co-figuration of se ves, mo ito ig pe fo ma ce, and deployment automation. Over the past four years I have enjoyed working with, among others Chubb Limited advertisement GE Healthca ewhile collaborating on cloud evi o mets on a small scale. Nowadays I specialize in AWS as tructu on, security and chitectu on, automation, advertising observation frameworks.

Q: Your work at GE Healthca seems impressive. Can you elaborate on the cloud and your efforts?

A: At GE Healthca e, the goal was to moderate patient data management in healthcare systems. We don’t just build poison ast uctu e; We shape the way in which systems can safely handle sensitive data. I led the povisio ig of AWS accounts with well-defined IAM policies, automated the installation of e-tie vi omet with Too afo mad co-funded VPCs, sub-ets, oute tables, ad security groups that match igous security stages.

We also counted AWS Security Hub and Gua dDuty to enable timely detection. One of my oldest co t ibutios has been built CI/CD pipelines use GitHub Actio and GitLab CIwhich reduced our deployment time by more than 50%. Plus, I set it up CloudWatch I sights, Pometheusadvertisement Go get a dashboa ds to give stakeholders visibility to ad pe fo mace for system health.

Q: How do you combine cost optimization and ad security with your cloud strategy?

A: That is ac itic equilibrium. Cloud gives you flexibility, but it is also vulnerable if not managed. At GE Healthca e we implement this life cycle policy for S3 ad EBS to automate data and save a knightly ad on costs. At the same time we focused cots with the least access Using custom IAM policies, all changes are advertised via CloudT ail.

Security isn’t just a feature, it’s a cult. You bake it for you, automate compliance checks and ensure you are auditable at all times. I also gave authorization you books and SOPs to support our outage playbooks, pay out expirations, advertise satu atio scenarios.

Q: You also started working with su ace technology. What did you enjoy about your time at Chubb Limited?

A: Chubb has been an exciting experience because we provide digital solutions 130,000 educational institutions. My ole I designed is more than tai ig RESTful APIs Using Spigad Je sey, ma agi g AWS Lambda for five less operations, the product stability has been improved with p oactive mo ito ig tools such as AppDy amics.

We ate a automated Je ki s pipeli e that requires a weekly commitment – a major shift from traditional, slow cycles. I also provided L2 support, resolved over 200 product issues, and worked with external teams to improve uptime and compliance. My time at e taught me the value of reliability at scale.

Q: What tools and advertising platforms do you work with the most?

A: I got the flu AWS services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch. Fo as ast uctu e as code, Too afo m My goal is to make predictable advertising scalable. I ms from CI/CD, which I used Your kis, GitHub Actios, and GitLab CI extensive.

For observation, I’m going o Pometheus for with ics, Gave a for visualization, ad CloudWatch I sights to make an analysis. And tools like Watch now, JIRAadvertisement Co-flue aei available for addressing documents for Agile teams.

Question: Certifications are often the result of evolving expertise. Which c editions have helped you in your journey?

A: I keep the AWS Ce tified Solutio s A chitect – Associate, Mic osoft Ce tified: Azu e Admi ist ato Associateadvertisement the Ce tified Kube etes Admi ist ato (CKA). Recently I also got the Mic osoft Ge ative AI Essentials I want to expand my level of AI’s i te section to include cloud operations.

These certifications weren’t just about passing tests; they deepened my theoretical knowledge and gave me the confidence to deal with the involved parties on strategic decisions, and not just on tactical tasks.

Q: What’s in it for you? Where do you see yourself going?

A: My focus is very solid multi-cloud strategiesexplosion ig they don’t use chitectu esadi teg ati g AI for observation and detection . I want to lead platforms for executing igi initiatives, empowering teams with scalable, self-service when they are so uctu on.

Log-te m, I am convinced that I will use tools that improve the reliability of the cloud advertising. I also like to see that building future e-eady teams is just as important as building future e-eady systems.

Q: Any advice for people looking to move to DevOps or cloud today?

A: Focus on the city’s first place, IAM, ad sc ipti g. Build your automatic muscles with tools like Te afo mad Je ki s. Don’t chase buzzwo ds; Instead, I solve problems.

Communication is also taken care of. You need to document the solutions, explain them and collaborate on functions. Cloud e-gi ee ig is not just about machines, it is about e-skills to move quickly and safely.
