Pe mitti g I ovato s is an example of CEQ’s Pe mitti g I ovatio Ce te, conducted in collaboration with NASA’s Ce te of Excelle ce for Collaborative I ovatio u of a 2025 White House di ective to update pe mitti g technology for the 21st century. Following the call for solutions from April 28 to July 2, 2026, a panel of practitioners evaluated the submissions against CEQ’s published citations and technology gaps identified in the federal Pe mitti g Technology Actio Pla, and CEQ made the final selections. Ecobot is one of the selected solutions, that is, the field that includes Microsoft, Salesfo ce, Se viceNow, Adobe, Acce tu e Fede al Se vices, Deloitte, AECOM, Jacobs and ICF.
The Expo gives federal personnel the opportunity to evaluate qualified solutions side-by-side, directly with the teams behind them. Selected solutions will also be included in the Pe mitti g I ovato s Solutio s Catalog, which will be established together with federations by the end of 2026 as a tool for assessing the viability and potential of pe mitti g technologies.
Ecobot digitizes aquatic esou ce field assessments, discussing the famous examples of many federation ages, and exchanging paper data sheets with structured, submission-ready data. May the solutions selected for the Expo accelerate the steam phases of pe mitti g (docume ta alysis, wo kflow ma agemet, ad eview automatio). Ecobot adds the point of o igi: the field data that each aquatic animal decides on.
Since 2018, nearly 1,000 e-metals co-sulti g-fi ms and public ages have used Ecobot to eat nearly 325,000 e-metals and epots with more than 39,000 p ojects, field wo ku de pi ig multi-state pipelines, statewide power grid updates, major spottio imp ovemets, ad othe c iticale as a structure in the United States.
“Every time you make a decision, you have to process the data that someone collected in the dirt,” says Lee Lace, co-founder of Ecobot advertising CEO. “For eight years we have been helping our customers structure the data, aggregate it and submit ads – easily from the moment it is captured. Mode izi g pe mitti g measurement mode izi g is the foundation of it, and we were confident that CEQ selected Ecobot to federally demonstrate what a digital field data layer makes possible.”
“Through great joint government, the Pe mitti g I ovato s Expo will help identify promising solutions that can accelerate the delivery of critical, ast uctu ejects to the American people,” said CEQ Chai ma Kathe ie Sca lett when the Expo was handed over in July.
