Volkswagen Admt, the autonomous daughter of the automaker, will involve real -time data level of bee cards, a spatial intelligence service that runs on the Solana -based card network of Hivemperper.
According to Ariel Seidman, CEO of Hivemapper, the partnership is shifting ‘mapping static to living’ and that robotaxi -fleets require data “That evolves as quickly as the streets do.”
Bee cards aggregates images of drivers that install patented “at” dashcams and upload images that translate machine learning models into lane markings, signposting and temporary work zones.
Participants earn honeytokens for any case and give Hivemapper what the ‘the world’s most fresh card data’ calls.
Hivemapper, who registers contributions on the Solana Blockchain, says that his network now more often includes a double-digit share of global roads and updates than traditional fleet-auto surveys.
Bee Maps sells the resulting data via APIs that feed routing, localization and curb management engines that are used by logistics companies and now robotaxi developers.
The companies have not announced financial conditions, but the product literature of Bee Maps indicates that it usually charges consumption -based costs instead of long -term licenses.
