The Uniswap DAO voted to continue the ‘Delegate Rewards Initiative’ of Uniswap, after a proposal approved on the voting platform of the count. An extra $ 540,000 of the Native Uni -Token of the Protocol has been assigned to finance ‘Cycle 3’ of the program.
The initiative is a compensation program to increase the quality and dedication of Uniswap Governance through paid incentives. The program will distribute a maximum of $ 6,000 in Uni -Tokens per month for the best performing representatives, private individuals or entities who have the right to vote on behalf of other token holders.
The governance mood ran from 26 February to 4 March 2025 and was adopted with 47.51 million votes (99.45%) in favor. The proposal for cycle 3 is now in the queue and the actual implementation date will be determined later if it is not canceled during the Lockout period.
