World Liberty Financial (WLF), a project bound to the Trump family, has signed a declaration of intent with the Pakistan Crypto Council (PCC). According to the project, this partnership will stimulate the development of blockchain, the use of the Stablecoin and Defi extension in Pakistan.
A WLF delegation recently met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Army Chief General Asim Munir, Minister of Finance Muhammad Aurangzeb and other top officials to explore collaborative opportunities.
Pakistan increases crypto developments
The Pakistani government is preparing to announce a full set of cryptocurrency instructions. This step is aimed at positioning Pakistan as one of the fastest growing crypto-hubs worldwide.
Last month, Binance founder Changpeng ‘CZ’ Zhao would have joined the Pakistan Crypto Council as a strategic adviser.
In the meantime, President Trump apparently uses his influence to continue the Defi initiative related to World Liberty Financial.
