RWA -Tokenization Platform Difift has received a custody permit from the monetary authority of Singapore, which means it is able to add guardianship services for Tokenized assets on its platform.
Digift, a blockchain platform for Tokenized Real-World assets built on the Ethereum (ETH) Blockchain, has received A preserving license from MAS. Digift was previously approved to operate a trading platform for securitysticks and to offer financial services. Now, with this new license, it can also offer guardianship services for capital market products. This means that Difift can now process everything in one place-that means, publishing, acting and storing blockchain-based security sticks without trusting external partners.
“Obtaining the guardianship permit under our CMS framework is an important step in Digift’s mission to build a robust and fully in accordance with digital assets ecosystem. By integrating the guardianship services into our existing regulated framework, we improve both security and efficiency for emitting and investors while freeing the way for a broader institutional acceptance of Tokenized Activa, “”
Said Henry Zhang, founder and CEO at Digift.
Founded in 2021, Digift is a fintech company established in Singapore that operates a regulated digital asset-exchange where asset owners can publish on blockchain-based security sticks, and investors can exchange these tokens with continuous liquidity through an automated market maker mechanism.
In particular, the company specializes in tokyizing Real-World financial assets, such as private credit funds and money market funds. In February 2025, Digift announced a collaboration with Invesco to offer a tokenized version of a $ 6.3 billion private credit fund, with the aim of offering accredited and institutional investors with access to Invesco’s private credit strategies.
For this, Digift worked together with UBS Asset Management in November 2024 to launch ‘Umint’, the first tokenized money market fund from UBS, giving investors access to a tokenized version of the USD Money Market Investment Fund.
