JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon and Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan unload enormous amounts of personal equity in their companies.
According to the Financial DataMiner Secform4.com, the most recent transactions took place this month, when Dimon and Moynihan sold shares worth a combined $ 32.18 million in the two banks that they perform respectively.
Starting with the JPMorgan Chase CEO, Dimon sold 133,639 shares of the largest American bank on 14 April due to total assets, for a total of around $ 31.50 million.
In February, Dimon sold 866,361 JPMorgan Shase shares with a value of approximately $ 233.78 million when the share traded almost high at high level.
Meanwhile, Moynihan sold $ 679,717 in the shares of Bank of America on April 17.
The Bank of America Boss also sold shares in the second largest American lender worth $ 731,563 in March, shares with a value of $ 971,274 in February and shares worth $ 974,169 in January.
Combined, Dimon and Moynihan sold shares in the two megabanks worth around $ 268.63 million since the start of the year.
While the Bank of America boss regularly leaves the shares in the Biljoen-Dollar money shooter that he leads, Dimon initiated the very first sale of the share that he owns in JPMorgan Chase in February 2024. In the last 14 months, Dimon Jpmorgan’s Chase shares has wasted $ 448.26 million. Dimon became JPMorgan Chase CEO in December 2005.
Moynihan, on the other hand, has been selling Bank of America shares every month since July 2022. He took over as Bank of America CEO in January 2010.
