IOTA users will benefit from powerful on-chain analyzes after the latest integration of the distributed ledger technology platform.
On February 19, Blockchain Analytics provider Nansen announced that it had integrated with the Ethereum virtual machine-compatible layer of IOTA (IOTA), IOTA EVM. With this important development, IOTA ecosystem users can use advanced on-chain analyzes, including the Nansen Query and Iota Growth Dashboard.
According to a press release shared with crypto.news, Nansen and IoTA are planning to expand their partnership to introduce extra functions, including Nansen Profiler and Token God Fashion.
The phased rollout, however, starts with the query and the dashboard. IOTA EVM agrees with other platforms, including Stellar, Ton and Scroll, with integrating Nansen to improve blockchain analysis.
The integration offers users in the DLT network ecosystem with access to real-time data follow-up, so that they can use usable insights for decision-making. Investors, developers and wider ecosystem users can use the IOTA growth shashboard to gain access to statistics on chains, such as active addresses and transaction volume.
“While we continue to expand our analysis options in large blockchain ecosystems, integration with IOTA is a natural next step,” said Nansen Chief Executive Officer Alex Svanevik.
IOTA launched his EVM-compatible smart contract Layer-2 chain in June 2024. This milestone accelerated the traction of the network in decentralized finances and web3, reinforced by integrations with leading interoperability platforms Layerzero, Stargate and Pyth Network.
According to Defillama -DataIOTA EVM saw the total value locked in protocols such as loans, derivatives and decentralized fairs rose to more than $ 95 million in early December. Although TVVL has since fallen to around $ 46 million, integrations such as those with Nansen can stimulate new growth.
Dominik Schiener, co-founder of IOTA, stated that the collaboration offers community and builders a platform to gain access to valuable insights. The integration of IOTA EVM and Nansen will not only enable users to make “data -driven decisions”, but also to be able to use analysis tools to follow growth and refine strategies, Schiener added.
