Nasdaq Listed Reitar Logtech Holdings Ltd. is in advanced conversations to acquire up to $ 1.5 billion in Bitcoin (BTC) as part of a strategic treasury diversification initiative aimed at supporting the global expansion of logistics technology.
According to the 2 June submitThe proposed transaction, involving around 15,000 BTC, would be carried out through a share issue agreement with a consortium of institutional and high -quality digital power investors.
The deal remains subject to legal approval, due diligence and definitive documentation.
Reinforce the balance
Reitar Logtech, who manages smart logistics infrastructure and advisory services in Asia and beyond, said that the Bitcoin Acquisition program was designed to improve its financial resilience by assigning part of his treasury to an un correled one.
The company plans to issue ordinary shares that are calculated on the basis of the average market prices of both Bitcoin and Reitar shares at the time of closure.

According to Reitar, the Bitcoin Holdings would not only serve as a balance improvement, but also the basis for future logistics real estate and infrastructure initiatives with digital assets.
The move comes in the midst of a rising trend in companies that take Bitcoin as an active one from the Treasury Reserve. Various companies have submitted documents to follow the path that was pioneered by strategy and metaplanet after their monumental success.
The two pioneers continue to accumulate Bitcoin at a consistent pace, with their latest purchases in total more than 2000 BTC.
Expansion plans
The company regards the Bitcoin program as a step to increase the capital flexibility for potential acquisitions in logistics automation and to support growth in much needed regions such as Southeast Asia.
It is also intended to use the initiative to build internal digital asset infrastructure to support future hybrid real estate and logistics companies.
If completed, the transaction would mark one of the largest Bitcoin acquisitions of a logistics company established in Asia, where Reitar Logtech positions one of a growing list of listed companies that Bitcoin adopt as part of their strategy for business shy.
The company emphasized that although negotiations are in advanced phases, no definitive agreement has been signed and the initiative may not be released.
