This integration is intended to combine the protection of Bitlayer with the speed and scalability of Solana, in accordance with the goal of Bitlayer to expand the Bitcoin -Defi sector. The token serves as a direct representation of the locked BTC of users within the Bitlayer ecosystem, which makes seamless interoperability between Bitcoin and decentralized financing applications possible.
By keeping YBTC, Solana users can maximize the yields via Kamino’s institutional quality that vaults deserve, which automatically offer component and optimized BTC-driven returns, making assets effortlessly.
They also enjoy seamless trade with the creator of the concentrated liquidity market of Orca (CLMM), which offers zero-slippage swaps between YBTC.B and other regular assets, which offers smooth access to the Solana defi-eco system.
