Investment products for digital assets set a new all time last week, with an inflow of $ 4.39 billion. The increase came as the hunger of investors for Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs continued to rise, according to the last weekly report from Coinshares.
This figure surpasses the previous record of $ 4.27 billion set in December 2024, after the US presidential election. It also marks the 14th consecutive week of positive currents in crypto investment products, which means that the total is $ 27 billion to date.
In the meantime, the record-breaking week has been tailored to a series of pro-Crypto policy developments in the United States. Last week, legislators promoted three major accounts, including the Clarity Act, the Anti-CBDC Surveillance Act and the Genius Act, which President Donald Trump signed in the law on July 18.
As a result, Coinshares noted a sharp increase in commercial activity. Weekly trade turnover in Crypto Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs) reached a record worldwide \ $ 39.2 billion, with Bitcoin and Ethereum that led the volume.
The intake and trading activities increased the total assets (AUM) to a record high in $ 220 billion.
Ethereum closes the gap on Bitcoin
Bitcoin products brought $ 2.2 billion last week, compared to $ 2.7 billion the last week.
However, the activity remained strong. According to Coinshares, the ETPs trade formed 55% of all Bitcoin exchange volumes, which underlines the growing dominance of institutional products.
In the meantime, short bitcoin funds also included $ 10 million in inflow. This reflects the growing skepticism of the market, because Bitcoin reached a new of all time high above $ 123,000.

On the other hand, Ethereum products in the market continued to get a boost.
According to Coinshares, ETH-oriented funds attracted $ 2.12 billion in inflow, almost double of their earlier record of $ 1.2 billion.
The inflow of the week extended the line of Ethereum to 13 consecutive weeks of inflow, and it is now good for 23% of its total AUM. In particular, the inflow for Ethereum funds this year have already surpassed the total before 2024, which was $ 6.2 billion.
In the meantime, other large altcoins also received a grip during the upward market. Solana funds attracted $ 39 million in inflow, while XRP and SUI yielded $ 36 million and $ 9.3 million respectively.
The wide increase in inflow reflects the current crypto -market trally and growing institutional interest in the emerging sector.
