Aave Dao votes for a proposal to launch a white label version of his loan protocol on Kraak’s inkblockchain, which marks a remarkable shift in how decentralized financing integrates with centralized platforms.
According to a dao proposal The implementation was initiated via Snapshot on July 17 and will use the smart contracts of Aave under a new brand managed by the Ink Foundation. The initiative has received overwhelming support from the Aave (Aave) Dao, with more than 790,000 votes for the press, prior to the deadline of the proposal of 21 July.
It marks the first white label implementation of Aave and a strategic partnership that is designed to expand the acceptance of its technology, while new income flows are introduced through an agreement for sharing income with Ink.
The credit platform will be built on Ink, an Ethereum (ETH) Layer-2 network that is part of the optimism (OP) Superchain. Ink will provide cracking users an onchain loans via the nuclear loan -infrastructure of Aave, which will be managed centrally by the Ink Foundation.
The movement combines centralized supervision with defi-architecture, and offers a regulatory-friendly framework that can attract institutional users and can serve as a gateway for the current user base of Kraken to gain more easily access to Defi-Services.
To encourage the adoption, the Ink Foundation is planning to distribute 4% of its ink smoking to early users, while the Aave Dao Aave -Tokens and his GHO Stablecoin will contribute to sowing liquidity.
The aim is to attract at least $ 250 million in deposits to the platform, an important target, since the current total value of Ink is less than $ 10 million, far among the competitors such as the base of Coinbase, which is larger than $ 3.7 billion.
The implementation offers a potential win-win. Ink will receive a flagship application to grow his Layer-2 consence, Kraken will expand his product suite with a reliable defici-backend, and Aave will diversify its income flows without jeopardizing its core decentralized protocol.
However, the Aave community is now debating the implications of the board and the considerations of decentralization because of the centralized check of the Ink Foundation. If approved, the platform will undergo a thorough audit before the start and ink will supervise user -oriented tools.
For a minimum of one year, ink is the only white label implementation partner, thanks to the exclusivity agreement.
