Pharos Network, an L1 blockchain focused on Real-World asset financing, collaborates with Morpho, a credit network with more than $ 9 billion in total deposits. The partnership will use the credit infrastructure of Morpho directly on the Pharos Meminet. This will provide the technical basis for loans of institutional quality in the Real-World ActivaMarkt on the chain.
The integration makes it possible to enable loans with insulated risk management for RWA tasks, giving asset -originators and liquidity providers more flexible credit options. Morpho will serve as the official credit infrastructure provider for Pharos, to support the broader strategy of the network in the RWA sector in addition to other partners.
The system will be available for both decentralized financial users and institutional participants, and offers transparent aids for loans and credit risk assessment. The Morpho protocol will be used in the upcoming jar products and capital implementation systems of Pharos, with initial work aimed at institutional safe structures. These are supported by the services of Pharos in credit modeling, liquidity routering and guardianship.
The integration is built to work with the existing Pharos infrastructure and will make the testing of new designs for RWA yield models, onboarding processes and capital allocation methods possible.
