P2P.org, a non-legal person provider, works together with Ledger to use Native Ethereum (ETH) directly within the Live app. This allows users to earn rewards and at the same time retain full control over their assets.
With this update, Ledger users can set up ETH using the Validator infrastructure of P2P.org without moving their assets or using it. The expansion process takes place directly via the Ethereum protocol. Rewards are sent from the network itself and users can monitor the validator performance on the chain.
P2P.org offers expansion services on more than 40 proof-of-stake block chains and manages more than $ 10 billion in assets. The infrastructure has maintained 99.99% uptime and has not experienced any oblique events on Ethereum.
Although P2P.org has focused primarily on institutional customers such as exchanges and DAOS, this partnership with Ledger brings its services to a broader retail audience. The new ETH rack function is now available in the ‘Earn’ section of Ledger Live.
