The Decentralized Oracle Network Chainlink (Link) continues to dominate the Sector of Cryptos’s Decentralized Finance (Defi) in terms of development activity, according to the analysis company Santiment.
Santiment notes in a new message on the social media platform X that Chainlink has registered 363.73 remarkable Github events for the past 30 days.
The figure exceeds the second ranked Defi project, DeepBook Protocol (Deep), which clocked in 193.57 events. The DeepBook project is a decentralized central limit order book (Clob), which use exchanges to facilitate buying and selling between traders by including bids and offers.
Third on the list is Defichain (DFI), a Layer-1 protocol that is specially designed for decentralized financial apps. The project registered 152 remarkable Github events in the past month.

Chainlink, Deepbook and Defichain also occupy the top three places on the list last month.
Santiment notes that it does not count routine updates and uses a “better methodology” to collect data for Github events based on a “Tested Process”.
The analysis company has previously said that heavy development activity aimed at a crypto project is a positive indication that could mean that the developers believe that the protocol will be successful. It also indicates that the project is less likely to be an exit scam.
Link is traded at $ 12.83 at the time of writing. The 17th ranking of crypto assets per market hood has fallen by more than 2% in the last 24 hours.
