The rarest “Diamond Hands” edition currently demands the highest market value, with one sale of around $ 16,000.
Guests of the Trump Meme Coin Holders dinner of last month were evacuated to three NFTs, one of which has already sold for around $ 16,000. Even people who registered but did not get the top 220 Cutoff to attend, received an NFT. Under that category, an NFT has already sold for $ 4,000.
Despite the big sale, there seems to be no use for these NFTs. The official Trump Meme Coin X account called them “historical collector’s items that celebrate the crypto president.”
The Trump Gala dinner took place in May and was open to the top 220 holders of the official meme -Munt of the President of the United States. It was held in his National Golf Club in Washington, DC. Outside the event, more than 100 protesters protested against the dinner in which he called at the end of ‘crypto corruption’. And high-ranking American Democrats claimed that the event could open the door for foreign actors to buy political influence through the Meme Munt.
But that didn’t stop the event. Some those present enjoyed the hour that President Trump was present. While others were disappointed by the absence of one-on-one Trump time and shocked by the “cheap steak” that was served.
It took almost two weeks before those present received the NFTs with a limited edition to attend and hold the tokens.
There were three different NFTs, sent, depending on how dedicated to the meme -mint the recipient was. The “Power to the Holders” NFT has been sent to 1,049 addresses and seems to be the lower level that is shared with people who registered for, but were not necessarily present, dinner. The “Gold Gala Dinner” NFT was sent to 219 addresses of people who attended the event.
In the end, 118 “Diamond Hands” NFTs were sent to those who held their tokens during dinner, according to the official Trump Meme Coin X account.
People such as Morten Christensen, founder of AirDropalert, bought a large bag of Trump tokens on the spot, so that they qualified for dinner, while they also have the same amount short elsewhere to reduce the fluctuation of the price of the meme coin.
Christensen sold their stock before dinner and confirmed Decrypt They did not receive the Diamond Hands NFT as a result. But they said they received the power for the holders and the Golden Galainner NFTs.
By selling, they missed a potential $ 16,000 after a diamond -hung NFT were sold for 99.9 Sol on Monday. This is the only NFT of this class that sold at the time of writing.
With regard to the other rarity, the Gold Gala Dinner NFT collection has a floor price of 48.15 SOL ($ 7,700), while the Power to the Holders Collection Floor Price is 7.6 SOL ($ 1,200), according to Magic Eden.
One X user suggested that holders of Diamanthands should be invited to play a round of golf in the Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort. The official Trump Meme Coin account replied to this: “That would be great.”
