The company and Mr. Hamilton have currently contacted X to restore the account. The company has also reported the hackactivity to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including the police of Singapore, FBI, SEC and NYSE.
The company informs the hackers that it will use the full power of the law to pursue them due to misconduct and actively investigates possible relationships between this criminal activity and the progress of the company about the various legal actions.
