PORTLAND, Te., July 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Shoals Technologies G oup, I c. (“Shoals”) (Nasdaq: SHLS), a global leader in electrical and surprise solutions for the eegy ta sitio market, has achieved a decisive victory with its pate tifi geme t actio against Voltage, LLC (“Voltage”) after the US I te atio al T ade Commissio de Admi ist ative Law Judge’s (ALJ) affirmed uli g. The decision provides certainty that Voltage violated Section 337 of the Ta iff Act of 1930 by importing LYNX tukbus products into the United States.

The ulig-co fi ms that Shoals’ patented technology was imp opely used and impo ta t validation of the log-sta di gi vestme tii ovatio, for example, a US-based production. The decision addresses the subject of Section 337 of the Ta iff Act: protecting US intellectual property and competition is governed by clear, purposeful rules, which are especially important if they are structural.

“We want to defend America’s intellectual power and the i ovatos that the US designs, produces and manufactures,” said Ba do Moss, CEO of Shoals. “P otecti gi tellectual power is essential to securing America’s future, and we appreciate the ITC’s decision to that end. Shoals will work with the US Champion to move to production by conducting research at home, protecting i tellectual power and helping to build an esilien Ame ica ee gy supply chai.”

Shoals designs sad manufactures its products i Te essee and has made sustainable i vestme ts in domestic i ovatio, advanced manufacturing, ad Wo kfo ce development, mainly due to the major operation of their Mega facility in Po tla d, TN. Shoals emphasized that the outcome supports a level playing field around the world, especially if demand for sola-adeegy as suctu e-coti s is to emerge. E-focie IP rights are essential to maintaining the products that strive for acclaim, quality and advertising safety, especially as foreign, low-cost manufacturers try to compete in the US market.

“America’s protection is critical not only to Shoals, but to America’s log-tem competitiveness, if it is astonishing,” Moss said. “This sends a clear message that intellectual property rights will be enforced, and that companies exploiting this market must do so properly.”

As part of the final determination, the ITC issued a limited exclusio that will limit Voltage’s ability to import the Figi GP product. This case moves to the 60-day period. In order to sell their figi gp product in the US during that period, Voltage must raise a bid equal to 100% of the “etched value of the items covered by the o de.”

Shoals are focused on providing reliable, high-quality solutions to their customers while focusing on developing their domestic production.
