Simplify Labs: No MiCA License Yet? Here’s How You Can Still Launch Your Crypto Exchange in Europe

June 4, 2026No Comments3 Mins Read

London, UK, June 3, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The MiCA transition period is coming to an end, and crypto companies planning to operate in Europe face a tightening timeframe to comply with regulations. For companies that have not yet secured their own authorization for markets in crypto assets, the situation is no longer a concern for the future. It is an immediate commercial risk.

Simplify Labs is organizing a live expert webinar together with Kvarn X and SBSB Fintech Lawyers on June 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM CET. The session will discuss how crypto operators can legally and efficiently enter the European market without having to go through a full MiCA licensing process from scratch, leveraging existing licensed entities through structured partnership and delegation models already actively used across the industry.

A practical path to access the EU market before the deadline

The webinar will cover three key areas: operating under an existing MiCA-licensed entity through partnership and delegation, launching a compliant exchange via white-label infrastructure, and meeting the AML, onboarding and reporting obligations that apply to all operators in the EU, regardless of their licensing route. The session will conclude with a live Q&A portion where participants can ask specific questions directly to the panel.

Karym Abdelrakhman, CEO of Simplify Labs, will lead the infrastructure and go-to-market portions of the session, covering KYC and AML workflows, travel compliance, transaction monitoring, personal threshold management, and realistic timelines for achieving operational readiness before the deadline.

“The companies that will enter the European market in time are the ones that stop waiting for a perfect licensing outcome and start working with the compliant structures that exist now,” said Abdelrakhman. “This webinar is intended to make these structures clear and useful for operators who need to relocate.”

The session will include Joonas Jarvinen, co-founder of Kvarn

“There is real confusion in the market about what is possible before you have your own MiCA license,” says Abdelrakhman. “We want every participant to leave this session with a concrete view of their legal options, their infrastructure requirements and a timeline for when they can actually act.”

Registration is free and open to founders, compliance officers and product leaders in the crypto and fintech sectors. Full event information and registration are available at official webinar page.
