The promotion will target graduates from IITs, NITs, IIITs and other Tier-1 campuses, with opportunities at the company’s locations in Noida and Pune. Candidates with a BE/B.Tech background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Mathematics and Computer Science are eligible to apply.
The company expects the promotion to attract more than 10,000 registrations, mainly from candidates interested in working on AI-powered products and technology systems used by banks and financial institutions.
The selection process will consist of an aptitude test and an assessment of AI skills, followed by personal interviews. More than 250 candidates are expected to move to the interview stage and onboarding is expected to begin in the second week of July.
The hiring initiative comes as banks and financial institutions increasingly look for technology systems that can manage lending workflows faster, better connected and more easily at scale. The company is also deepening the use of AI in lending workflows, including borrower interactions, document processing, credit assessment and operational automation.
