RedStone, the blockchain oracle network, has launched RedStone Live, a real-time data streaming service designed to support execution and risk management in always-on crypto and real asset markets.

The announcement positions the product as foundational infrastructure for protocols that require continuous, low-latency pricing data.
The service is built to function as a real-time market data backbone for onchain trading – similar to how data feeds from Bloomberg and Nasdaq support execution in traditional financial markets, but designed for programmable, 24/7 systems.

Why real-time pricing matters now
The launch comes at a time of increased volatility in global markets. Sharp price swings in commodities like oil, gold, and silver have spread across time zones and into crypto markets, exposing a critical gap: the outdated oracle infrastructure that delivers prices in discrete intervals is increasingly inadequate for protocols that operate continuously.
When price updates fail to arrive or arrive at fixed intervals, execution mechanisms, liquidation mechanisms and risk management systems are forced to operate on incomplete or outdated information. In rapidly changing environments, even short data gaps can translate directly into mispriced risks and unintended liquidations.
RedStone Live addresses this by going beyond interval-based updates continuous data deliveryallowing protocols, exchanges and market makers to respond in real time to market conditions as they evolve.
“The markets don’t sleep anymore, and neither does the infrastructure that supports them. RedStone Live is purpose-built for this new reality, where traders expect instant and customizable access to reliable prices for any asset, at any time.” — Marcin Kazmierczak, CEO and co-founder of RedStone
For whom RedStone Live is built
The product targets a specific set of use cases where high-performance, flexible data infrastructure is essential:
-
Perpetual DEXes requiring continuous pricing for leveraged trading and liquidation engines
-
RWA-oriented protocols bridging traditional assets in the chain
-
Synthetic asset platforms which depend on accurate reference prices
-
Risk engines that require real-time data to manage exposure and collateral
The architecture allows feeds to be configured based on methodology, market context and asset coverage, giving each application flexibility in how it consumes data. Developers can connect via WebSocket for off-chain systems or integrate directly into on-chain applications, reducing latency while maintaining data integrity.
RedStone’s track record
RedStone currently secures more than Total value $6 billion in more than 100 chains. The network reports No erroneous price events and no downtime – a track record that will become increasingly important as DeFi protocols scale and handle greater volumes of capital.

The oracle provider has also established itself as a key infrastructure partner for institutional use cases. RedStone serves as the oracle of choice for tokenization of assets in the real world, including BlackRock’s BUIDL fund and European government bonds via Spikobridging traditional finance with onchain infrastructure.
